At Stilig, your satisfaction is our priority. Since all our outfits are made to order, we have a strict policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
- Return is accepted only in case of defective pieces.
- Instead of a cash refund, you will receive a store credit note, which can be used for future purchases.
- In case of a return, you may either send the parcel to the mentioned address or pay applicable charges for return pickup.
Exchanges
- Exchange is applicable only in case of defective pieces.
- The defective item will be replaced with a fresh piece of the same design.
Refunds
- No refunds are provided as all outfits are made on order.
- Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where the product cannot be replaced or compensated with store credit.
