At Stilig, every piece is made exclusively for you. Because each order is crafted on demand, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we stand fully behind the quality of our work.

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with a fresh piece at no additional cost. In exceptional cases where a replacement isn't possible, we will issue a store credit.
